SME Customers

Our SME customers enjoy a pay on time discounted price structure that is based on the regulated Pricing Order tariffs current at the time you use the electricity.

Please refer to our SME Customers page for details about whether you will be considered as a SME business customer.

SME customers are charged on a "bundled" pricing structure, meaning that your bill will include:

  1. Consumption charges, that include energy charges, network charges and environmental charges within the same "bundled" rate; and
  2. Daily charges, that relate to your ability to access the electricity network regardless of your consumption.

For your consumption charges, you can choose either:

  1. Flat pricing, where the same charge applies regardless of when during the day you choose to use electricity; or
  2. Time-of-use pricing, where there are different charges for peak and for off-peak periods.

C&I Commercial Customers

Our C&I customers are all provided with customised pricing specific to their consumption patterns, payment terms and external market prices at the time of contracting.

Please refer to our C&I Customers page for details about whether you will be considered as a C&I customer.

C&I customers are charged on an "un-bundled" pricing structure, meaning that your bill will include:

  1. Separate charges for your peak and off-peak energy charges;
  2. Separate charges for your network energy, demand and access charges; and
  3. Separate charges for your LGCs and STCs environmental charges.

If you are a C&I customer and would like to a get a proposal from us for your electricity supply, you can use any of the following methods to get in touch:

Call us on (08) 8943-0650, and ask to speak to a business account manager about a new sales enquiry; or

Send an email directly to sales@rimfireenergy.com.au, and one of our dedicated business account managers will get back in touch to discuss your specific arrangements.

Domestic Customers
