SME Customers

If you are a SME customer, you can refer to our Terms & Conditions document to check out the terms that would be applicable to you.

Please note that your Agreement with us would comprise all three (3) of the following documents jointly:

  1. Your Application for electricity supply;
     
  2. The Product & Price Sheet applicable at the time of acceptance of your application; and
     
  3. The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of acceptance of your application.

Domestic Customers

If you are a Domestic customer, you can refer to our Terms & Conditions document to check out the terms that would be applicable to you.

Please note that your Agreement with us would comprise all three (3) of the following documents jointly:

  1. Your Application for electricity supply;
     
  2. The Product & Price Sheet applicable at the time of acceptance of your application; and
     
  3. The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of acceptance of your application.

C&I Customers

If you are a C&I customer and would like to discuss arrangements for your electricity supply, you can use any of the following methods to get in touch:

  1. Use the form on our Contact Us page, selecting "sales" as your enquiry-type;
     
  2. Call us on (08) 8943-0650, and ask to speak to a business account manager about a new sales enquiry; or
     
  3. Send an email directly to sales@rimfireenergy.com.au, and one of our dedicated business account managers will get back in touch to discuss your specific arrangements.
